Amend the amendment in Part XXXX in section 35 in subsection 6 by striking out all of paragraph F (page 797, lines 5 to 15 in amendment) and inserting the following:
‘
F. The plan must reorganize administrative functions, duties and noninstructional personnel in order that the projected expenditures of the reorganized school unit in fiscal year 2008-09 for system administration, transportation, special education and facilities and maintenance do not exceed the legislatively approved rates for essential programs and services for those expenditure categories.
’
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
