Amend the amendment in Part XXXX in section 32 in §15696 in subsection 1 by striking out all of paragraph A (page 793, lines 27 and 28 in amendment) and inserting the following:

Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
