An Act To Require the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife To Fin-clip All Stocked Fish
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §12758-A is enacted to read:
§ 12758-A. Fin-clip required
Fish stocked by the department must be fin-clipped prior to release in the inland waters.
