Fiscal Detail and Notes
Beginning in fiscal year 2006-07, changes in the filing requirements for motor homes will result in the estimated loss of $109,480 in annual General Fund revenue collected by the Department of the Secretary of State.  In addition, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles within the department will require a one-time Highway Fund allocation of $25,632 in fiscal year 2006-07 for the costs of computer programming changes and necessary training.  Finally, beginning in fiscal year 2006-07, the bureau will be collecting an estimated $17,250 in annual filing fee revenue for the Highway Fund.
