Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment decreases the transfer of rental income collected by the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services to an Other Special Revenue Funds account within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management for disaster assistance from 45% to 22.5%.  Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, this reduced authorization will result in an annual transfer of $543,263 from the Bureau of General Services to the Disaster Assistance program within the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management.  Also beginning in fiscal year 2007-08, the amount by which the annual transfer for Disaster Assistance was reduced, $543,263, will now be transferred to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to be used for the maintenance and repair of National Guard armories.  Beginning in fiscal year 2007-08 allocations to the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management will need to be adjusted to reflect the new off-setting levels of expenditures in each program.  There is no net change to the total allocations.
