| The expansion of the circuit breaker program will reduce General Fund revenue by an estimated $19,541,132 in fiscal year 2006-07. This bill also includes a General Fund appropriation of $96,388 in fiscal year 2006-07 for Maine Revenue Services' administrative costs associated with this change. | |||||||||
