amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $21,960 in fiscal year
2006-07, $22,634 in fiscal year 2007-08 and $23,325 in fiscal year 2008-09. |

As
amended, this bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $5,000 per
year, beginning in fiscal year 2006-07, for the subscription costs associated
with the Maine State Library contracting with a qualified entity to provide
accessible electronic information services for eligible blind and disabled
persons. |
