	This amendment reduces the General Fund cost of the bill by $975,000 per year beginning in fiscal year 2006-07.
	As amended, this bill includes ongoing General Fund appropriations totaling $25,000 for the Department of Education beginning in fiscal year 2006-07 to establish the After-school Program Fund to encourage the facilitation of high-quality after-school programs in school administrative units throughout the State.
