Fiscal Detail and Notes
Beginning in fiscal year 2006-07, various changes in certain permit and license fees will result in a net increase of $3,985 in annual General Fund revenue collected by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.  In addition, in order to meet the constitutional requirement that the total level of General Fund appropriations must be at least equal to the undedicated revenue collected by the department, the department will require an additional General Fund appropriation of $3,985 or some other adjustment in fiscal year 2006-07 to offset this revenue increase.  Historically, additional General Fund appropriations have been provided to the Savings Fund program to balance additional General Fund revenue or deappropriations affecting the department.
