Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This fiscal note reflects the incremental difference between this amendment and the Committee Amendment.  As amended the bill would provide a FY 2006-07 General Fund appropriation of $50,000 for the Department of Health and Human Services to increase MaineCare reimbursement rates for wheelchair van services.  This appropriation, combined with federal Medicaid matching funds, would fund an increase in the wheelchair van service base rate per trip from $14.62 to approximately $15.00 per trip and the mileage rate from $1.65 to approximately $1.80 per mile.
