Fiscal Detail and Notes
Establishing a process by which arsonists are required to register with the State will require additional General Fund appropriations to the Department of Public Safety of $33,395 and $27,861 in fiscal years 2005-06 and 2006-07, respectively.  The department will also require additional Highway Fund allocations in the amounts of $56,863 and $49,013 during the same fiscal years.
