| Removing certain exemptions for voting machine requirements may increase Federal Expenditures Fund costs incurred by the Department of the Secretary of State. The amounts will depend on the availability and cost of certain equipment and can not be determined at this time. If the cost of new voting machine equipment exceeds available Federal Expenditures Fund resources, the incremental cost will have to be borne by the General Fund. | |||||||||
