| The Employment Security Services within the Department of Labor will require a one-time General Fund appropriation of $75,000 in fiscal year 2005-06 for the cost of making the necessary computer programming changes associated with reducing unemployment benefits to individuals who receive an indemnity payment as part of a workers' compensation lump sum settlement. The savings to the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund can not be determined at this time. | |||||||||
