Fiscal Detail and Notes
Requiring that certain ethics courses must be conducted within 100 miles of the residence of the individual required to take the course will increase operational expenses of the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.  Beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, the department will require additional Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $5,000.  In addition, beginning in fiscal year 2005-06, changing the requirements as to whom is required to take ethics courses will result in a decrease of $6,500 in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue collected by the department.
