| This amendment will increase the General Fund cost of the bill by $1,461,322 in fiscal year 2005-06 and $2,922,644 in fiscal year 2006-07. Based on the estimated year-end balances, this amendment maintains a balanced budget for the 2006-2007 biennium. Assumes savings in Part PP would not be realized because public purchasers would not participate if giving up current mail order incentives would result in a net cost. | |||||||||
