| This legislation establishes two new Class C crimes and increases a current Class D crime to a Class B crime. It may also require changes in electronic communication between the Courts and the State Bureau of Identification within the Department of Public Safety. Until there is more information regarding what changes would be necessary, the financial impact can not be determined. The Judicial Department has indicated that potential additional computer programming costs could range from $5000 to $25,000 depending on the final format. | |||||||||
