Preservation Advisory Committee

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §4350, sub-§10 is enacted to read:

10.__Legislation.__By January 15th of each odd-numbered year, the committee may submit legislation related to its annual reports under subsection 9, paragraph A.
