Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Appropriates funds for infrastructure, including, but not limited to, water and sewer lines, for a new downtown that is located outside the flood zone in the Town of Canton.
