An Act To Allow Heavy Equipment To Be Moved during Nighttime
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2395, sub-§9 is enacted to read:
9. Equipment used for timber harvesting; exemption.
A vehicle used in Aroostook County or Penobscot County for the trucking of equipment used in timber harvesting operations is exempt from the provisions of this section during nighttime.
