Sec. 1. Department of Environmental Protection to establish standards for cleanup of mold. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall by rule establish written standards that describe the process for the cleanup of mold. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
