Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1359 is enacted to read:

§1359.__Application; exception

This subchapter does not apply to a line worker training program provided by the Maine Community College System or to an instructor or an institution insofar as that instructor or institution is providing a line worker training program through the Maine Community College System.

SUMMARY

This bill specifies that the laws governing driver education courses do not apply to line worker training programs provided by the Maine Community College System.
