Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
The bill proposes to require that a guide for hiking or
recreational trails indicate whether those trails are located on
or cross private property if telecommunications towers are
located on that property.
