Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to require managers or the majority of
directors of architectural firms to be licensed architects in
order to prevent owners or shareholders of the firms who are
engineers and not architects from managing licensed architects.
