| | | Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §851, sub-§2, ķA, as amended by PL 1995, c. 638, §3, | | is further amended to read: |

| | | Current law provides that a person promotes prostitution if, | | among other things, the person causes or aids another to commit | | or engage in prostitution, other than as a patron. This bill | | removes the phrase "other than as a patron." |
