	Current law determines the amount of clean election funding that is distributed to each gubernatorial candidate based on amounts of campaign expenditures in prior primary or general elections.  Changing to fixed amounts will change the amount of funds distributed to each candidate from the Maine Clean Election Fund.  The net effect on the Fund can not be determined at this time.
