Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the cost of $80,775 in fiscal year 2007-08, $1,900,000 in fiscal year 2008-09, $5,100,000 in fiscal year 2009-10, $7,300,000 in fiscal year 2010-11 and $10,300,000 in fiscal year 2011-12 to fund the proposed change in the reimbursement to the county jails as a percentage of the actual costs versus a subsidy.  This amendment includes a General Fund appropriation to the Judicial Department in the amount of $100,000 beginning in fiscal year 2004-05 to be used solely for contractual services to provide security at the existing courthouses.
