Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will require an annual General Fund appropriation to the Legislature of $630 beginning in fiscal year 2003-04.  This estimate reflects the cost to pay the per diem and expenses for one legislative member of the Maine Development Disabilities Council.  It will also require a transfer of funds to reflect the Developmental Disabilities Council as a distinct entity for budget purposes.  The amount to be transferred will depend on the effective date of the bill.
