Fiscal Detail and Notes
The $6,500,000 deappropriated in PL 2001, C. 714, Part DD in anticipation of the awarding of a federal drug waiver would need to be appropriated and restored to the elderly low-cost drug program.  The deappropriations in PL 2003, c. 20 related to the restoration of the Healthy Maine Prescription program may also need to be appropriated and restored under this bill.
