Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7076, sub-§17 is enacted to read:

 
17.__Wesget-Sipu organization.__The commissioner shall issue
a permit under section 7463-A to every member of the Wesget-
Sipu organization without any charge of fee.__A holder of a
license issued pursuant to this subsection is subject to
chapters 701 to 721.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife to issue a moose permit to every member of the
Wesget-Sipu organization.
