| | | Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §192-A is enacted to read: |

| | | school committees and superintendents |

| | | The Attorney General shall provide legal defense without | | cost to a school administrative unit, school board, school | | committee or superintendent, as defined in Title 20-A, section | | 1, named in a legal action, or named in a claim not covered by | | liability insurance, arising from the issue of payment of | | tuition to a parochial school. |
