Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §6006-F, sub-§9 is enacted to read:

 
9.__Limit prohibited.__A limit on the amount of money
disbursed from the fund may not be imposed upon a school
administrative unit, school building or project.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill prohibits placing a limit on the amount of money
that may be disbursed from the School Revolving Renovation Fund
to a school administrative unit, school building or project.
