Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7151, sub-§1, ¶D is enacted to read:

 
D.__Any nonresident, upon proof of payment of property tax
in this State, is eligible to purchase a nonresident fishing
license at the resident's fee.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows a nonresident who pays property taxes in this
State to purchase a nonresident fishing license at the same fee
as a resident.
