Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
The bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to revise and create air quality standards
for renovations and construction of schools. This bill also
proposes to increase the number of personnel in the Department of
Environmental Protection, Bureau of Air Quality for the purpose
of implementing and enforcing the new air quality standards.
