| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6728 is enacted to read: |

| | | There may not be more than 40 scallops per count with a 5% | | tolerance based upon a one-pound measure of scallops. |

| | | The purpose of this bill is to establish a uniform standard | | for scallop counts with a 5% tolerance. |
