| | | Sec. 1. 7 MRSA §3915, as amended by PL 1997, c. 690, §12, is | | further amended to read: |

| | | Any person who violates this chapter commits a civil violation | for which a forfeiture of not less than $50 nor more than $250 | | $500 may be adjudged. |

| | | This bill increases the limit of a fine for allowing a dog to | | roam at large from $250 to $500. |
