| | | Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1355, sub-§2, ķA, as amended by PL 1993, c. 730, | | §46, is further amended to read: |

A holder of a small brewery license may produce malt | | liquor containing 25% or less alcohol by volume in an amount | | not to exceed 50,000 gallons per year, except that a small | | brewery that produces malt liquor in Maine may produce an | | amount not to exceed 100,000 gallons per year and still be | | considered a small brewery. |
