Sec. 1. Payment by Bureau of Revenue Services. Resolved: That John Calley
of Fryeburg be paid $60,000 for expenses incurred as the result
of an overassessment of sales tax by the State Tax Assessor. The
Bureau of Revenue Services within the Department of
Administrative and Financial Services shall pay John Calley
within 30 days after the effective date of this resolve.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve requires the Bureau of Revenue Services to pay
John Calley for expenses incurred resulting from the
overassessment of sales tax by the State Tax Assessor.
