SUMMARY

This bill will change expiration dates for licenses issued by
the Commissioner of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources for
food or food salvage establishments or beverage manufacturing or
bottling to coincide with the calendar year. This will allow the
Department of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources to improve
efficiency by issuing one license to entities licensed for
multiple functions.
