| | | No later than October 1, 2000, the department shall adopt | | rules, which are routine technical rules pursuant to Title 5, | | chapter 375, subchapter II-A, to provide Medicaid coverage for | | certified medical professionals in any health care setting to | | provide asthma management education. |
