| | | A telephone utility may not charge a toll-call rate for a | | telephone call made from a municipality to a point in that same | | municipality. |

| | | This bill prohibits a telephone utility from charging a toll- | | call rate for a telephone call made from a municipality to a | | point in that same municipality. |
