Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Authorize assessment of solid waste disposal fee.
Matinicus Isle
Plantation is authorized to assess a solid waste disposal fee for
motorized vehicles on the island. The disposal fee assessed
pursuant to this Act must be established by the voters of
Matinicus Isle Plantation and may not exceed $500 per vehicle.
SUMMARY
This bill authorizes Matinicus Isle Plantation to assess a
solid waste disposal fee for motorized vehicles on the island,
not to exceed $500 per vehicle.
