Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §844, sub-§3 is enacted to read:

3.__Enforcement remedies.__The Maine Human Rights Commission shall enforce this section.__Violations of this section are subject to the remedies under Title 5, chapter 337, subchapters VI and VII.

Sec. 2. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.
