| | Sec. 2. Members. Resolved: That the commission is composed of 15 | members as follows: |

| | 1. Six members appointed by the Governor; |
|
| | 2. Three members of the House of Representatives, one from | the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice, one from the | Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services and one | from the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural | Affairs, appointed by the Speaker of the House; |
|
| | 3. Two members of the Senate, one from the Joint Standing | Committee on Criminal Justice and one from the Joint Standing | Committee on Health and Human Services, appointed by the | President of the Senate; |
|
| | 4. The Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services | or the commissioner's designee; |
|
| | 5. The Commissioner of Corrections or the commissioner's | designee; |
|
| | 6. The Commissioner of Human Services or the commissioner's | designee; and |
|
| | 7. The Commissioner of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and | Substance Abuse Services or the commissioner's designee; and be | it further |

| | Sec. 4. Appointments; meetings. Resolved: That all appointments must be | made no later than 30 days from the effective date of this | resolve.
