| | | 1. Six members appointed by the Governor; |
|

Three members of the House of Representatives, one from | | the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice, one from the | | Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services and one | | from the Joint Standing Committee on Education and Cultural | | Affairs, appointed by the Speaker of the House; |
|
| | | 3. Two members of the Senate, one from the Joint Standing | | Committee on Criminal Justice and one from the Joint Standing | | Committee on Health and Human Services, appointed by the | | President of the Senate; |
|
| | | 4. The Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services | | or the commissioner's designee; |
|
| | | 5. The Commissioner of Corrections or the commissioner's | | designee; |
|
| | | 6. The Commissioner of Human Services or the commissioner's | | designee; and |
