Sec. 1. 15 MRSA §321, sub-§7 is enacted to read:

7.__Immunity from liability.__A law enforcement officer enforcing a protective order, regardless of the jurisdiction where the order was issued, enjoys the immunity provided under Title 14, section 8111.
