Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA §1760, sub-§9-H is enacted to read:

 
9-H.__Fuel oil for plant and animal husbandry.__Sales of fuel
oil used for plant and animal husbandry.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill exempts from the sales tax fuel oil used for plant
and animal husbandry.
