| | | Sec. 1. 10 MRSA §9097, sub-§2-B is enacted to read: |

| | | 2-B.__Notice to tenant of rented or leased mobile home.__The | | owner of a mobile home may terminate the tenancy for any of the | | reasons in subsection 1.__The notice provisions must be those | | specified in the lease.__If there is no lease for the mobile | | home, the notice is governed by Title 14, section 6002. |

| | | This bill provides the same termination notice period for | | rented mobile homes as for other residential buildings. |
