Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 36 MRSA c. 919,
as amended, is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 36,
chapter 919, Shipbuilding Facility Credit.
