Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §342, sub-§17 is enacted to read:

17.__Reports to the Legislature.__The commissioner shall ensure that the department's monthly activity report is mailed to all members of the joint standing committees of the Legislature having jurisdiction over natural resources matters and health and human services matters.

SUMMARY

This bill requires the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to mail the monthly activity report for the department to the members of the Joint Standing Committees on Natural Resources and Health and Human Services.
