| This bill proposes to establish a business incentive program |
| to reward those businesses in the State that are meeting or |
| exceeding environmental, workplace safety and employment goals. |
| Businesses that meet those criteria would get a tax break or low- |
| interest loans to be used for expansion and job development. |
