| | | Sec. 1. 34-A MRSA §3036-A, sub-§2, śC, as enacted by PL 1991, c. 845, | | §4, is repealed. |

| | | This bill repeals the law that prohibits the transferring of a | | prisoner to supervised community confinement with more than one | | year remaining on the term of imprisonment or on the unsuspended | | portion of a split sentence. |
